I authorize Hensley Apartments and its representatives to obtain investigative and consumer reports in connection with this application, including credit, eviction, criminal-background, employment, income, and rental-history information as permitted by law. I understand that false, deceptive, materially incomplete, or unverifiable information may result in rejection of this application.

Renter's insurance may be required before move-in. A negative credit report may be submitted to a credit reporting agency if I fail to fulfill the terms of my credit obligations.
